Knoer remodel

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This client wanted a complete overhaul of her existing home as well as to add a completely new second floor. When we were first contacted the client already had a set of plans that were drafted and approved by the city. We began the work shortly after signing the contract with the client.

This was not an easy project such as a simple remodel and having experienced contractors that knew how to get inspections, done deal with city, coordinate sub contractors as well as build a structurally sound home was important. Davis Construction LLC is well versed in all aspects of construction and we were successfully able to handle any issues that arose during the construction process.

In the end the finished project was stunning. The client essentially had a brand new home that was twice the size of the original footprint and they are very happy with it. It was a fun project and our crew enjoyed bringing her dream to life.
